I began my shamanic training in 2009, studying in the traditions of Native American, Celtic, and South American practices and completing an apprenticeship in core shamanism in 2015. A trained shamanic Reiki master and certified EOL (end-of-life) doula, I also have more than 40 years experience as a lay astrologer. My private practice in the Hudson Valley includes a seasonal role as a shamanic practitioner at the Omega Wellness Center in Rhinebeck, NY.

I hold my clients with the deepest respect and consider it a privilege to engage in this healing work with others. Safe space and strict confidentiality are maintained at all times.
